It starts with music….literally.  Every day at Taco Reho, as the first person crosses the threshold, the lights go on and so do the tunes.  Just like food is a necessary part of living, music is necessary to help us feel alive.  This ideology makes it into every fresh ingredient across our menu and we do it with attitude.  We stand for fresh food and fresh tunes and we are going to be loud about it.  So turn it up and enjoy our flavors at FULL VOLUME. 

Billy founded Taco Reho on the idea of bringing Sol-Cal street food to his hometown with an emphasis on made-from-scratch dishes.  What started as a popular local food truck grew into a brick and mortar spot outfitted with musical decor – an ode to his seven years as a roadie chef to certified rockstars – plus a full bar (stocked with tequila), a torteria turning masa into fresh tortillas, and a kitchen churning out award-winning tacos, burritos, and more.
