Josh offers over 30 years of hospitality experience. He is a graduate of Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration and the Philadelphia Restaurant School's culinary arts program. Grapski worked with a range of highly reputable restaurant companies including Chili's, Aramark, Centennial Gateway Pavilion at the Atlanta Olympics, Le Cirque 2000, and founded Muriel's Jackson Square. 

Over the past 20 years, Grapski founded and built La Vida Hospitality Group. He is skilled in operations, brand development & concepting, development and leadership.
